I stayed in a budget studio apartment that came with cooking facilities, which was great. the location was absolutely perfect—just a short distance from all the places I wanted to visit. the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing all the information I needed.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a really great experience. Location: the hotel was really close to Windsor train station which is a 10-15 minute walk away and shops restaurants and cafes. It also was right on the tram line.

The best thing I found about our stay was the private parking facility that was provided and the location of the hotel.

Ceiling fan didn't work and tv reception was poor.

It was walking distance to Balaclava shops and the park. Transport was not far away.

We did not receive a proper queen size bed. We received 2 single beds joined together.Plus the mattress on each side were lumpy we did not sleep well.

the prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for money option. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. Thirdly, I loved having the option to cook in the room, as the kitchen facilities were well-equipped. Lastly, the location in a nice area made it convenient for exploring the city.

its a disgusting place should have been demolished. your internet pictures were so deceiving we were shocked . just about everything was broken in the room. shower doors hanging off hinges the room was really dirty /all in all it was a terrible experience never again will we stay at this place . the bed was not put together properly. it ended up a week-end from hell.

I am very satisfied with their service. My heavy luggage was all carried by hotel staff. A nice polite girl supported me to walk to my hotel room. I asked them for fax and printing serivces. I know I could have been a bit too fassy, as they needed to print my file with my own paper with my company headings on the top. The documents had been adjusted so many times only to get printed properly on my paper with heading. They were very patient with me when I instructed them to change font type and size, etc. With their exceptional service, my stay in this hotel is very pleasant and satisfying. The most important thing is, I won the contract with the documents that I got printed in the hotel. I cannot compain at all. They are very close to my client. Hope they can bring me luck when I next go to Melbourne for my next contract.

I had a surprisingly good stay at this hotel. the location was great, situated in a nice area with easy access to various attractions. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my needs were taken care of. Lastly, the rooms were equipped with basic amenities and cooking facilities, which made my stay much more convenient.

Improvements could be made in certain areas, but overall, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience.

Unclean not maintained no room service

It had the Basic Essentials required for an Apartment and was Convenient for Shopping being 5 Minutes walk to nearby Cafes and Shops. The Public Transport was very useful for trips into the City which we used as you could get a Tram or Train within 5 Minutes.

The Apartment was in need of Simple maintenance which would make the stay more enjoyable. When an Apartment is Advertised as a Serviced Apartment that is what is Expected. This was sadly missing on our stay. we stayed in four other Apartments in Various Parts of the Country and all Supplied the Tea Making Facilities every day not just on the First day.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the Spirit of Tasmania terminal and Windsor station, which is a 10, 15 minute walk away. the location is in a popular suburb, with close access to public transport. the parking was secure and under cover, which was appreciated.

The run, down and unclean vibe of the place was off, putting. There were fleas in the rooms, and the bedding and carpets had noticeable stains.

The bed was clean and firm.

Some areas were dirty. Jug did not work . Difficult to get entry and keys after hours when first booking in. Bathrooms had an overall grotty feel.
